Requirement

  • Indian passport valid for at least 6 months
  • 2 white background photographs of size 4x6cm.
  • Pan card copy required
  • Certificate indicating that the person is fully vaccinated

Payment Terms

  • ₹ 9,999/- is booking amount
  • 50% amount to be paid prior to booking
  • Balance and rest of the amount to be paid after equipping customer with visa, insurance, hotel and transport
  • We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don’t deal in hard cash

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% Amount (paid before the booking) + 9,999 (paid at the time of booking) will not be refunded
  • Fully non-refundable packages. No claims will be entertained during cancellation Date changes charge as per airlines policy
  • No refunds can be claimed if the concerned person fails to get a clearance at immigration owing to any government policy/rule or COVID guidelines

Note (Terms & Conditions )

  • A vaccination certificate proving the passenger is fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to travel
  • Vaccination certificate certifying that the person is fully vaccinated.
  • Any fluctuation in airfare or visa fee will have to be paid prior to departure.
  • Each room will accommodate 5 to 6 pilgrims
  • Hotel rooms in Mecca will have attached bathrooms
  • Some rooms in Medina hotel might have common bathroom
  • Room services not include this package- ( Room services in hotels absolutely depends on hotel)
  • Riyaz Ul Jannah's permit is not included in our package. We can process at the time of applying visa but we do not guarantee. Saudi government has been launched the app name of NUSUK, on which you can go personally and take the permit of Riyaz Ul Jannah.
  • Drinking water will be available in the mess only.
  • No child fare apply in low cost/ budget airlines.
  • Rates may vary during festive season ( Muharram, Ramadan,Eid and Eid-Milad-Un-Nabi etc)
  • 1 SAR= 22.80 INR but if there is any variation noted in SAR then it has to be paid before departure.
  • Hotel with identical or similar qualities and amenities will be provided in case the chosen hotel happens to be inaccessible due to unforeseen reasons.
  • The distance from Haram sharif and Masjid an-Nabawi till hotel may differ on different platforms ( we determine distance from the boundary of Haram sharif and Masjid e Nabawi up to the hotel)
  • Tour dates and tours programs are tentative and subject to change without any notification.
  • Tour operator will not be held responsible for the loss of luggage.
  • Talbiya Umrah kit which includes one shoulder bag and one Sling Bag have to be collected from our office.
  • Laundry service will be provided 2 × in Mecca and 2 × in Medina.
  • Specified timings should be followed for Ziyarat and meals.
  • Toiletries like buckets and towels will not be made available in the hotels of Mecca and Medina.
  • We will not be held accountable for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
  • Pilgrims requiring wheelchair are suggested to carry their own wheelchair.
  • We will not be held accountable for any delay, rejection and/or any mistake in Umrah visa from KSA.
  • Embassy and visa fees is non refundable.
  • In the case of PASSPORT SEND TO EMBASSY, the involved person’s passport will be sent to the embassy which will be charged INR 1500/-. The process might take a considerable time of 3 to 4 working days. If the procedure is done through courier then charges may vary.
